Escape the Algorithm, HATCH’s imaginative brand campaign for Peabody Essex Museum, was selected to be featured in the new issue of Lürzer’s Archive, the globally recognized publication and online platform showcasing the best and most innovative advertising campaigns from around the world.
The campaign repositioned the 225-year-old PEM as a curated antidote to digital monotony—driving a 75% increase in new visitors and redefining what a museum experience can be in the age of infinite scroll. Created in collaboration with PEM’s in-house marketing team, it came to life across multiple touchpoints, including billboards throughout Greater Boston, transit station domination ads and mall signage, along with digital and social media content.
